Advertising & Exhibitor Options

As our annual conference approaches, we are soliciting exhibitors and advertisers who wish to display materials, resources and/or services to attendees. Those attending this year’s conference come from a diverse background serving in the areas of:

  • Marriage
  • Family
  • Fatherhood
  • Parenting/Blended Families
  • Teens and young adults
  • Family Research

Exhibitors Information:

Exhibitors are expected to sell or promote products or services that cater to the needs of organizations, practitioners, and/or individuals that work with couples, fathers, families, and youth and single adults from diverse backgrounds.

Exhibit space reservations are granted in the order payment is received.  Exhibit space is centrally located in high traffic areas; therefore, providing exhibitors with great exposure during the conference.  All booth/table rental options include two (2) exhibitor badges.

Exhibit space is available for move-in on Sunday June 29th at 1:00pm – 6:00pm.   Exhibits must be completely moved out by 6:00 pm on Wednesday July 2nd.  Again, exhibit space will be given on a first-paid, first-served basis.  

Please see agenda for exhibitor hours. High traffic times will be 30 minutes before workshops begin during or around lunch and 30 minutes after workshops end. 

Exhibit tables are 6 feet in length.  Pipe and draping will NOT be provided and nothing can be attached to hotel walls.  Signs, banners and pop-ups must be self-supporting and must fit on or behind your table(s).  If your display is larger than an 8’ X 8’ area, you must purchase a minimum of 2 tables.  Exhibit space includes table cloth(s), skirt(s), 2 chairs and a wastebasket.  White hotel table’s clothes will be provided if you would like to cover your table to tell attendees when you are closed unless you have designated items on your table which are free to take. Please clearly mark items on your table which are display only. It is not the responsibility of the conference management team to secure exhibitors merchandise or display items.

*Exhibit fees are priced per table.  The fee does not include admission to workshops, general sessions or other conference events.  If you need electrical, phone, or internet access it will be handled independently with the Frisco Convention Center/Embassy Suites Hotel. Advertising Information

Reach Your Target Audience by advertising your products or services at the NARME Conference. There are plenty of opportunities for ads at this year’s conference. If you do not see something below that is of interest to you, please email info@narme.org for a more options.

Individual Advertising options:

Conference Program Book Ad**: This is the complete 26-page guide to the 6-day packed event, which each attendee will receive. Increase your exposure to attendees at the conference. Ads will need to be in full color and turned in, print ready, in the size and format below.  Ad Space deadline: Friday May 2nd, 2014– NO LATE ADS will be accepted.   Format: 300 dpi CMYK Send them in .pdf, .jpeg, or .tiff

Size and Pricing:

  • ½ Page: 8.125”w x 5.1875”h = $400 Non-member / NARME Member
  • Full Page:  size = $800 Non-member / $700 NARME Member

Bag Insert: We encourage advertisers to use full color, professionally designed materials. Any singular advertising piece will be accepted (not to exceed 8.5” X 11”). We do limit the advertising to ONE piece of paper; it can be designed front and back. Advertiser will need to prepare 500 copies of your piece. Advertiser will need to mail the box of advertising pieces to the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas. Box must arrive NO LATER than Wednesday, June 25th, 2014. Price: $200

 

**NARME is under no obligation to show proofs to advertisers prior to printing. The advertiser will not hold NARME responsible for any discrepancies that may occur when electronic data is transferred. There are no cancelations or refunds after ad space deadline. The conference board reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any organization or product inclusion for ad space. **
